Yes, the movement is ok, you are moving at unison both electrical  polarities (-/+)...However, if the Bulbs or Coils are not in series-connected between all 15, the group of eight will not be powered at once.

Ok, let me set this simple example,  say that instead of 15 Coils we have 15 light bulbs.

The way it MUST function, is that we see Eight [8] Lit Bulbs that are moving as a 'train of eight wagons' back and forth through all 15 bulbs as the 'Train Track'.

If we have only one Lit Light Bulb -at a time- running back and forth...it will not work.

As I can do that with Kampen Circuit as is now...which is 'Coil by Coil' or 'Group by Group' powering...other words, it is a Parallel connection meaning Field Collapse plus Spikes.

Your post is plainly and openly deviating the original Structural concept for an ongoing specific development which has been going on for more than two years now...

My plain, simple and short answer is that I am just working this device BASED ON Figuera's Concept(s) as the Topic Title says...and Figuera's Concepts are based on a Linear, Back and Forth, Reciprocal Movement of the Field(s), whether it was by Contracting-Expanding Field(s) it is still a Back and Forth movement.

Engineering Mechanical Commutator based on Ufopolitics idea and messages.

My recommendation based on what you have described.

For a scratch-built sequential commutating switch driving coils:
Start with carbon-graphite / electrographite style brushes (or copper-graphite if you know you are in the "high current" regime).
And pair that with:
>modest spring force
>minimal moving mass
>good segment insulation/gaps
>suppression on the coils (very important to stop ARC-erosion)

Next step so I can compute your numbers precisely.
Give these three values (even rough is fine):

• Target RPM (min–max)
• Coil current A (or supply voltage + coil resistance)
• Brush face size (e.g., 10×6 mm) and estimated brush mass (or material + dimensions)

Then I can give you:
>recommended spring preload (N)
>expected pressure vs RPM
>a brush material pick with and "why"
>a simple commutation wiring diagram tied to POS.SEQ/NEG.SEQ.

Ok, it took me a "long" while to make this short video (2:19 minutes), about the eight light bulbs running on a sequence...the way it must be.

And no matter what driver is used, this result must always be the same as shown on video.


Please note that the Center Bulb (#8 counting from either Left or Right) is always ON.

Imagine that the Light Volume (of the eight bulbs lit)is the Magnetic Field...

This clearly shows the required sequence.
Now I understand that regardless of the driver used, the outcome must always be exactly the same as demonstrated. 
The key point is that the center bulb (#8, counting from either side) remains ON at all times, acting as a constant reference.

Viewing the combined light output of the eight bulbs as the magnetic field volume makes the intent clear: the sequence defines the field shape, not the driver.
This is a very helpful clarification.
