Thus, if simply in the hole of a closed ferromagnetic core, in which the anapole moment of magnetic intensity H changes, an electric moment is formed in the focus of this core. If there is a conductor in the focus of the magnetic circuit, a difference in electric potentials appears on it. Which is actually the contactless method of electromagnetic induction.

So the anapole moment is when I take a toroidal transformer, put some time-varying current into the primary winding and then insert a piece of wire in the center of the toroid, I will be able to measure some voltage on the opposite windings of the wire?
