And this is the main point about this Thread/Topic...that we will see a bunch of "Inventors" coming here and opening Topics with just an "idea" of a "possible" method to reach OU.

And they may show a bunch of nice drawings, plus Simulated tests that probably have been forced to give great results...simply because you DO can override many parameters on a simulation software, and make it look good...BUT, THEY ARE NOT REAL!

More likely our Forum Members would be used as "testers" for their unproven ideas...

So, member X falls for this trap, spends his money and time, and starts building based on that "Theoretical Method-Idea"...plus many here that have the expertise, will collaborate to even get deviated from original and wrong "unproven idea concept"...making it more realistic for it to work, and more likely coming up with a completely different approach that originally was given by these "inventors"...and then they have the "audacity" to call it an "implementation"...

To make a long story short...once they have a completely "finished package", proven to work...corrected, with the "free help and assistance" from others...then they run for the Patent Office.

Normally, this process is done, not because patent office requires a "working device"...BUT, because a proven working patent can easily be assigned to a ready to hire prospect for whatever interests they may have...

They may start asking for "Investors" to walk in with big $$ up front...maybe offering a portion of ownership on corporation equity...or percentage of gain on future investments...

Once they get even a "Patent Applied for" status...then they can start "advertising it online"...and everywhere, and using all that "Free" effort and money spent by other's that would NEVER, EVER, be recognized for all the work they have put into it, to make it real.

ONLY WAY TO PROVE IT, IS THROUGH AN UNEDITED VIDEO, SHOWING THE REAL PROTOTYPE BUILT, AND MEASURING ALL SPEC'S THAT PROVES HIS/HER CLAIMS.

Friends, a patent is a document of intellectual property right to an engineering solution. A document that can be used as a commodity or as a dissemination of information.

Two examples:
Clemente Figuera (patent as a commodity, yes it was the engineer's goal to sell his invention, which he did, the value is the equivalent of 320kg of gold, at the time of sale);
Robert Adams (patent as distribution of information, the idea is publicised, and crooks can't appropriate anything).

There is a third option of publishing the technology to the general public: a book/brochure of any form (even for a small fee, you as if fulfilled the condition of the system from sales pay taxes /income and taxes mock the system/, the system is powerless to change anything except to kill you), training video, website/forum with information, etc.).



 

Also, it was the first and last time the system bought something back from an engineer! Even if you are very rich and have your own invention, production for it, you don't need patents. The system will still find a way to kill you or put you in a "stall".

European project (D-1943) in 2018 (the system folded, the generators already delivered to consumers were withdrawn).

Turkish Magnetic Generator in 2019 (online demonstration broke down at the 7th hour and the sales project closed after the demonstration, the engineer was still waiting for approvals, and after the earthquake the company disappeared from the media landscape)

In the US, Joe Flynn's company - where is it (mysterious death in 2021 and closure)

In Russia, engineer Kornilov (technology similar to Flynn) in one night the engineer allegedly fell ill and died in hospital in the morning, the same night the laboratory was looted, the ready sample of 70 kW power disappeared.
