And Yes, there are TWO MORE TESTS that you should perform (BEFORE RUNNING GENERATOR), to guarantee that System will run smoothly without any errors.

1- FIRST TEST, I have posted a TEST 1 Post: ALL GROUPS RESISTANCE CHECK (Link to Post>>):  TEST 1 POST
After you conduct this TEST 1, please POST RESULTS  on this Topic with all Seven Groups Resistance Values.

2-SECOND TEST... I am going to post it below:

TEST 2 (Polarity and Field Strength Check for ALL Groups)

Here you will need to pull out (and dust it off... ) Your Gauss Meter that you bought previously:

Then (with ALL NFET and PFET BOARDS REMOVED!) You will need to connect your Power Supply Unit (PSU) to GROUP #1, or Terminals Negative #1 and Terminal Positive #1.

And drive Voltage to 40 Volts (YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE BEFORE THE RESISTTANCE TESTING FOR EACH GROUP !! or TEST 1)

If ALL your Groups are around the 42.0 Ohm Value, then at 40V you should have close to One (1) Amp or less, when Energizing each Group.

On THE FOLLOWING IMAGES BELOW I will be Graphically showing this Test 2:

GROUP ONE (1) TEST

Now, once Power is applied by PSU (Make sure BEFORE that you connect your Positive PSU Probe to the POSITIVE #1 Terminal (Where PFET BANK would be connected later on for running Test!!)

According to your previous setup Image you are connecting the PFET BANK on the RIGHT SIDE of the Bus Bar (On this Image I have set all numbers from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 in RED AS IT IS ON YOUR SETUP (+).

According to GROUP 1 COILS Geometry Structure, We should have the BLOCH WALL at COIL #4 (#4 is the CENTER COIL between 1, 2, 3 [4] 5, 6 C...and I set a GREEN VERTICAL LINE on COIL#4, DEPICTING BLOCH WALL.

WHILE GROUP 1 IS ENERGIZED BY PSU

Get your Gauss Meter ready and approach PROBE , FIRST to LEFT POSITION (like shown on image), in order to detect LEFT Magnetic Polarity (Is it NORTH or SOUTH?)...make your diagram and write down MAGNETIC POLARITY on the LEFT of Coil#4.
Please write down ALSO the FIELD STRENGTH!!

After FIRST PROBE POLARITY CHECK, take your Gauss Meter Probe to RIGHT POSITION shown on Image,  (close to CENTER COIL "C" )...

On this RIGHT SIDE Test You MUST HAVE the OPPOSITE MAGNETIC POLARITY to the LEFT SIDE RESULT.

Meaning, if on LEFT=NORTH, then RIGHT MUST BE SOUTH, or if LEFT was SOUTH, then RIGHT MUST BE NORTH.

Read also FIELD STRENGTH on RIGHT SIDE (It should be very similar to previous LEFT FIELD STRENGTH Value.

However, because of the proximity of LEFT STEEL CLAMP to Coil #1, it may be that Left Field Strength > Right Field Strength.

AFTER FINISHED CHECKING GROUP ONE (1) (AND WRITING DOWN RESULTS) THEN TURN OFF PSU AND CLAMP PSU PROBES ON GROUP  TWO (2) TERMINALS, Positive and Negative...TURN ON PSU.

And conduct same Polarity check as for previous Group 1:

GROUP TWO (2) TEST

As Image above shows, the BLOCH WALL has slightly displaced to COIL #5 so the Gauss Probes are around the similar Space Volumen Area...As Results MUST BE IDENTICAL RELATED TO FIELD POLARITY that was taken on GROUP 1, as ALSO FIELD STRENGTH MUST BE AROUND CLOSE VALUES AS ON GROUP 1.

And so on, You Test GROUP 3, GROUP 4, GROUP 5, GROUP 6, FOLLOWING THE SAME PATTERN FOR ALL GROUPS and FINALLY TEST GROUP 7:

GROUP SEVEN (7) (FINAL TEST)

And as seen on above image, the BLOCH WALL has displaced -all the way- to COIL #3 (RED) on the POSITIVE SIDE or PFET BANK.

AND UP TO HERE, the FIELD POLARITIES MUST KEEP THE SAME POSITIONING (As it has been for ALL PREVIOUS GROUPS) meaning:

IF you had on GROUP 1 a NORTH LEFT and a SOUTH RIGHT of CENTER BLOCH  WALL, MAGNETIC FIELD MUST KEEP THIS CONFIGURATION THROUGH  ALL OTHER GROUPS.

AS WELL AS THE FIELD STRENGTH MUST BE AROUND SAME VALUES.

Now, here on GROUP 7 you should have a similar situation as on GROUP 1, where the LEFT POLE was a bit STRONGER than RIGHT OPPOSITE POLE.

NOW, here (on GROUP 7) would be the OPPOSITE SCENARIO.

Meaning, the RIGHT POLE, - on GROUP 7 - should be a bit STRONGER than LEFT POLE due to its proximity to RIGHT STEEL CLAMP.

CONCLUSION AFTER BOTH TESTS COMPLETED (ALL GROUP RESISTANCE TEST 1 AND ALL GROUPS POLARITY + FIELD STRENGTH, TEST 2)

1- If ALL GROUP RESISTANCE VALUES were close or approximately of EQUAL VALUES, in your case should be around 42.0 Ohms.

2- As ALL GROUPS POLARITIES AND STRENGTH were CONSISTENT (AS NO REVERSE POLARIZATION IN ANY GROUP CHECK) plus FIELD STRENGTH was around similar values for ALL GROUPS.

THEN YOU ARE READY TO GO!!

You can now Connect BOTH NFET and PFET Boards and get ready to FIRE IT UP!!

Like you always do, START with 12V First...check for REVERSE SPIKES...if not present, then move up to 24 Volts and so on 36V until you get to around 40 Volts Input.

Check your Output UNLOADED FIRST (VO) , then LOAD IT...Check VD and compensate Frequency rise, THEN Chec OUTPUTS, first at Main Secondary...then to F1 & F2 Second Secondaries.

PLEASE DO NOT RUSH, TAKE YOUR TIME !

EDIT 1:
1- IF RESISTANCE IS NOT CONSTANT ON TEST 1 FOR ALL GROUPS, AS HIGH VARIATIONS between GROUPS, OR JUST ONE GROUP IS EXCEEDING, OR BELOW TWO OR MORE OHMS, THEN STOP AND CHECK WHAT THE ISSUE IS. CHECK RESISTANCE PER SINGLE COIL, WITHIN THE WRONG RESISTANCE VALUE GROUP!
2- IF ON TEST 2 YOU GET ANY GROUP GIVING A REVERSED POLARITY THAN ALL OTHER GROUPS, OR SHOWING WEIRD MAGNETIC RESULTS ON GAUSS METER, THEN STOP!!...IT MAY BE THAT JUST ONE COIL -ON GROUP- IS REVERSED ON ITS POSITIONING RELATED TO THE REST OF COILS, OR THE  CONNECTIONS ARE REVERSED.

TEST 2 cont. / FIELD AT DEAD CENTER (TWO PINS# 4 +/- Powered)

I had to make reference to this specific positioning of the Magnetic Field related to All the Steel Assembly, when it reaches the dead center to take the readings of Field Strength on BOTH POLES.

At this Geometrical Point, the Field is completely balanced because it is at equal distances from the Two, or Four Steel Clamps (when assembly is completed).

Therefore, here the Strength should be equally compensated for each pole of Field.

We can only take ALL these readings while Field is Static...Once it starts to Pulse from Right to Left, and then back from Left back to Right at 50 or 60 Hertz all we can do is observe the Sinewave on the Scope.

For this Machine, a FULL CYCLE is based on TWO FULL TRAVEL OF ITS SEVEN STEPS (7) and a TOTAL OF FOURTEEN STEPS (14)= One Cycle.

Now, with a Frequency of 50 Hertz (50 Cycles per Second) the Field will move at 700 Steps per Second.

And at 60 Hertz (60 Cycles per Second) the Field will move at 840 Steps per Second.

We will not be able to see this Field Spacetime displacement...not to hear it...nor feel it...

But it is still moving...

Around September 24-26 You sent the Resistance Check List results for ALL coils, as well as  nice images of your setup:

And the HIOKI (Dual Probe Wires) Resistance Meter you were using to take these measurements, in my opinion this is the BEST and MUST ACCURATE METER Money can buy (and it is very expensive!) to do this test...
Exactly the same type I have!

And here is the Resistance Values Check List you sent me on Sept. 26, 2025, as this is the main reason of my comments on this post:

And as we can see you have -on the Sequential Coils- an AVERAGE of 6.0 Ohms, therefore, each of your Seven Coil Groups should have around 42 Ohms (6X7=42).

Which is great because that average is very precise and concise, only exceeding the Six (6.0) Ohms by 0.02 to 0.07 Ohms, which is completely irrelevant (not to be considered)

Once this Generator reaches the operating temperatures (Higher than Room Temp.) ALL the Sequential Coils will INCREASE their resistances and according to your values they will go up VERY EVEN, which is great!

At the same token, this will allow the Currents - driving the Magnetic Field displacement- to REDUCE as well at INPUT.

Thermal effects on Resistance (<<website on link have a nice Graph on Temperature versus Ohms rise)

And ALL your Secondaries are also within spec's:

Main Secondary (underneath Sequential Coils) : 4.45-4.49 Ohms that 'rounding it up' is 4.5 Ohms
And F1 & F2 (the End-Core Second Secondaries): 2.08 Ohms each

ALL Resistance Values are perfectly well and within specifications !!

Resuming that your setup is very well constructed and you should have the GROUP RESISTANCE TEST as ALL other TESTS pretty accurate and VERY SUCCESSFUL!!

I believe we are ALL very excited to see first, your PRE-RUN Testing Results, as per the views we are having so far...and of course, the FINAL RUN TESTS...

On my end, I restarted to wind my Sequential Coils again...
