@all : Happy Holidays for You and for all your families!

I will be working during all these coming holidays...no celebration for me.

Ok, so I have finished the last coil plus assembled ALL Sequential Coils together, plus connected their terminals to the Bus Bars...

Now, the way I am solving the Inner Clamps replacement, is with Two Fiberglass sliding spools that I will build myself, as they both will be where I wind the Two End Secondaries.

This way I will have more room for the end secondaries windings widths.

I still have to COMPRESS ALL Sequential Coils, to make them as "COMPACT" as possible, then wrap tape around them all, to keep them that way.

I will be also 'recalling' (quoting) some of my previous (very) old posts, related to the windings wire Spec's on the whole system, (basiocally now I need it for the Secondaries) to serve me as reference guide for the next windings on the two spools, and also for 'refreshing reviews'.

That is a big milestone.
Getting all Sequential Coils compressed, aligned, and placed on the main bus bar is where a project like this really turns from "parts" into a system.
Respectfully this is a solid and careful work.

Ok, I have ALL 15 Sequential Coils Compacted with Main Secondary underneath, now they are just 'one solid piece':

And below is a quick video to see it on 3D, when I had them off the Steel Core...

It is very important to have all the sequential coils compacted with main secondary, as when they start operation, they tend to move and vibrate.
