I wanted to make this post in order to help  understand what we are doing here...and what it is about.

I wanted to make sure we understand THIS TOPIC IS NOT JUST ABOUT A NEW TYPE OF 'SPECIFIC MACHINE' which spec's can not be changed....as we need to keep constrained by its design...NOPE!

The success of this LINEAR GENERATOR will open many other possibilities of newer structural designs, newer sequences, newer configurations...


This Linear Machine would help us to fix errors, to correct mistakes as to make it to perform better and better.

This LINEAR MACHINE, I have designed it AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE, to help understand from a very reduced configuration, how this Method works.

The Geometries that it could develop into are ENDLESS...NOT only consisting on a Linear, back and forth sequence...but more complex movements through Spacetime of the Magnetic Field SPECTRUM.

So, this LINEAR MACHINE is just a PROTOTYPE which will advance into more and more designs...Look at it as a 'MODULAR AND FLEXIBLE' Structure, which we could be able to shape and form as we wish to.

As it is also SCALABLE into ANY SIZE, from very small to MEGA SIZES, depending on the amount of Power you are looking for as your demand (as your possibilities) depend upon...

However, once this Machine is working as expected, after all corrections and functions are running beautiful...then we will know we are on the right track to the INFINITE ENERGY MACHINES

Hello All,

After reviewing my Field Strength Tests with Eight Coils powered at different positions, plus viewing the Field Volume under the Magnetic Viewing Film.

I can conclude that the INNER STEEL CLAMPS are "PULLING" the Field to both extremes, making it LESS FLEXIBLE to accomplish a CLEANER DISPLACEMENT through the LINEAR STEEL CORE.

I've made a Graphic to show the differences (approximately) WITH and WITHOUT INNER STEEL CLAMPS, with Field located at CENTER of Linear Steel Core:



FIG 1 (Top)- We can see the Field Volume "Stretching" to BOTH ENDS when set at CENTER -the Eight Center Coils Powered- resulting on Field leaning towards both Inner Steel Clamps.

This 'FIELD STRETCHING therefore, TENSIONING' by these Two Inner Steel Clamps, makes Field harder to move on a more compact volume towards both ends of the Linear Steel Core.
Resulting in a LESS EFFECTIVE GRADIENT DIFFERENCE, which would lead to lesser Output AC Sinewaves.

FIG 2 (Lower)- The Solution to this issue could be easily resolved by REPLACEMENT of just the TWO INNER CLAMPS by a NON FERROUS Material, that could be PLASTIC, or Aluminum.

This way the Field will maintain its Volume around the Eight Coils AREA.

However, it is understood that whenever Field displaces to either Right or Left Extremes, ONLY THEN, it will expand to the OUTER STEEL CLAMPS, also contributing to a better INDUCTION on the TWO END SECONDARIES.

Whenever I am ready to start testing the Sequencing Movement and Output Results...I plan to make Tests 'Withand Without Inner Steel Clamps.

The Inner Plastic Clamps (I plan to make them first with Plexiglass) will be only to RETAIN in place ALL Sequential Coils, as to keep them as 'tight' as possible, to avoid vibrations between them, once they are being sequenced.

On below image about the same issue on the Inner Steel Clamps...I made another Field Volume, based on the FIELD STRENGTH READINGS around Inner Clamps versus closer to each end of Coils Group (Poles):


As these Two Diagrams of the Field Volume would be 'more realistic' than previous Diagram based on a "Bubble Field" configuration, which is NOT the way Field propagates in reality.

I had MUCH STRONGER Field Strength readings around the Two Inner Steel Clamps than closer to each end coil (Poles) of the Group.

Thanks for sharing the updated graphics it really helps illustrate the issue.
The comparison between FIG 1 and FIG 2 shows very clearly how the inner steel clamps are acting as unwanted flux anchors. As you pointed out, they pull the magnetic field toward both ends, stretching the field volume and weakening the central gradient that's essential for a strong, clean displacement.

Your solution of replacing the inner clamps with a non-ferrous material such as Plexiglas is absolutely on the right track. Removing those ferromagnetic masses from the center should allow the field to remain concentrated over the coil region and move much more freely during sequencing.

I would like to add a small recommendation:
Instead of Plexiglas, it may be worth considering POM (polyoxymethylene) for the inner clamp brackets. POM is also non-ferrous, but it offers:
higher mechanical rigidity,
better dimensional stability,
improved resistance to deformation under load and heat,
and excellent long-term durability for structural supports.

Functionally, it will behave the same magnetically as Plexiglas, but with better mechanical performance, especially important once the coils begin rapid sequencing and vibration control becomes critical.

Your plan to test with and without the inner clamps will provide the final confirmation, but everything in the field behavior suggests this adjustment will significantly improve gradient strength and output waveform quality.
