A wheel type rotating in a Perpetual Motion - The motion is made using Magnetic kinetic energy only -

A Permanent Magnet's power of force can not be turned Off - but in order to have kinetic movement - there must be a reduction from higher to lower in order for kinetic movement to happen - applies to thermodynamics -

The most important is being able to ( Lower ) the magnetic attraction to the ferrous induction field plate on the motor design - ( If going into the field is the same attraction as going out -- No movement will happen )

To Lower the attraction to ferrous or iron metals is done by pushing 2 of the same poles together - as shown in the drawing and photo below -- notice: 2 magnets are pushing against 1 single magnet - This is needed to produce a maximum affect -

When 2 of the same poles are pushed close together as shown in this drawing the attraction to the ferrous metal is Less
The force to push the 2 magnets together is much stronger then the single magnets force of attraction;
This is how this is done: in order to produce a lesser pull of attraction to the ferrous induction field plate of the motor system

There is a test done on the string showing the Energy to torque Conversion Magnetic - technology that shows the photo below having a pull force of about 1/4 lbs -- being 8 times less pull force than the input side of the induction field --
This high input force overcomes the lower output force in (reverse) making Kinetic movement or energy
( note: only the testing device is shown below ) 

Notice: the magnets are pushed close together - This reduces the pull of attraction to the ferrous induction plate shown on this testing device - This device is very similar to what would be used as an induction plate on the design of the 
Perpetual motion device motor -- same idea - only that design is standing vertical upright - so gravity can be used as part of the system of controlling the decrease and increase of magnetic attraction - shown much later of course --

As was said: When 2 Permanent Magnets of the same pole are pushed close together their power of attraction to ferrous or iron type metals are reduced: to a Lesser pull force of attraction:
Spreading the 2 poles apart will increase or return to the normal power the magnet was before pushed together:
At the square of the distance moved apart from the other magnets force: shown in the photo below

Notice: there are 2 magnets that push against 1 single magnet also shown in the drawing below

This increase in magnetic attraction is the power that produces the energy to run the motor and other items if wishing to: from that energy of motion and power of kinetic energy produced:

The Gravity part of the design is the force that controls the compress and decompression of the 2 same facing poles: The system that controls this part is in constant balance and does not ( use or develop Energy ) It produce the effect without using any energy to do this:

The Magnetic Kinetic Energy is the power source that runs this Perpetual Motion technology:
The Gravity; is not uses as a power source: it is only used to produce the decrease and increase of power That produces the Magnetic kinetic energy that rotates the motor that allows Gravity to control the decrease and increase of power to rotate the motor -- without both - Gravity and Permanent Magnetic Potential energy this system would not work - using both makes it Work --A 2 energy for 1 output device energy system -

It is the Way to make a Perpetual Motion Machine technology workable - some form of 2 energy to 1 energy output device is needed - or it just does not work --- ( Very important thing to know )

If a Car wheel is filled with water: an balanced: To turn or rotate the wheel takes very little force: The water inside the wheel is always in balance:
The Perpetual Motion device is designed in much the same way as the car tire being in balance at all times equal force is applied 

Because the Permanent Magnets are all North to North facing they are pushing inward at an equal force all the way around - the Mercury having Weight is pushing Down at an equal force all the way around being equal on all sides as shown -
To turn this device takes very little energy the bearings is most of the friction using energy to rotate:

This version of the Perpetual Motion Motor - technology uses liquid Mercury as Weight
Note: This Machine; is in the Vertical upright position: so Gravity can be used for Weight

The Mercury is in an enclosed area connected to 12 Accordion type pistons allowing them to move back and forth inside the cylinders; 2 Permanent Magnets are fixed - glued to the ends of the accordions - and inside is Mercury - On the outside is Air 

On the outside of the 12 cylinders there are single Permanent Magnets fixed or glued to the end of the cylinders: The thick white half round circle is the ferrous induction field plate:
The induction plate does not turn - The wheel turn inside the induction plate -

Now: To explain how the Permanent Magnets produce the Kinetic Energy to produce to rotation of the wheel:
At the top of the Wheel: The Permanent Magnets are Apart: as shown;
When they are apart: the attraction to ferrous or iron metals is at the normal strength of the magnets power of pull: being shown from the test above -- 2 Lbs. pull force ---
The ferrous induction field plate pulls the Permanent magnet toward and into the induction field plate: Once into the induction plate; at the points shown NO more power of torque is being produced: AS shown from the top point to the bottom point - NO power is being produced -
 ( it is like a car being on a flat service ) no energy is being used or made in that area;
But The power at the close distance of (One inch) before it goes into the induction plate
 is very powerful; This close distance is where the power is being most produced:
ONE at a time as the wheel turns: a 2 lbs of force is being produce at a constant rate;
NOTE: at the bottom the Low reversed pull is 1/4 lbs or less - subtraction from the input power
SO; the real input power is 1 and 3/4 Lbs pull --- at a constant rate of torque of movement
The arrow shows the clock-wise rotation;

As said: Where the North to North facing magnets are pushed together their attraction to ferrous or iron metals is ( Reduced ) - The pressure of the weight has pushed the permanent magnets together at the bottom making Less attraction in ( reverse ) allowing movement in one direction
In the location of the direction arrow there is NO torque of power being produced - only in the close distance to the induction plate is any torque produced: But at a constant rate per Rpm's of movement of rotation. The faster it rotates the more energy it produces.
