I truly appreciate the time you took to review my measurements and summarize the results so clearly. 
I am very glad to hear that the resistance values are all within specifications and that the readings match your expectations.

Yes, the HIOKI meter has proven to be an excellent tool for this type of precision work. 
I tried to be as consistent as possible with the measurement procedure, and it is reassuring to see that the coil set is performing evenly across the groups.

I completely agree with your observations on the thermal behavior. 
Once the coils warm up, we can expect a smooth and predictable resistance increase, which should stabilize current flow during continuous operation.

I am currently preparing for the next phase: the pre-run tests. 
I make sure to document all data carefully so we can compare with your own setups. 

It is great to hear you are now proceeding with winding your Sequential Coils again.
I am very much looking forward to seeing your new build progress as well!

There was a few days delay due to the UPS air crash, but the DigiKey parts order was delivered to me on Monday. I made a start on assembling the MOSFET driver boards yesterday. I estimate that it will be a couple of days before they are completed.

I have prepared Four Measurements-Data Charts Forms for the Tests that Kampen is making.

As with these forms  filled out, we can then EVALUATE the WHOLE System, to see if it is READY for running it.

ALL FOUR (4) MEASUREMENTS MUST BE DONE AND CHARTS BE FILLED OUT BEFORE RUNNING SYSTEM !

RESISTANCE  CHART

RESISTANCE CHART above  is very simple to understand...as it is just to HOOK the HIOKI METER on each Negative(-) & Positive(+) Terminals related to each Group.

Example: For Group 1 it would be Terminal #1 Negative and Terminal #1 Positive.
And so on, and on FOR ALL SEVEN (7) GROUPS
Until the Chart is COMPLETED (ALL GROUPS RESISTANCE WRITTEN).

ONLY AFTER TAKING THE RESISTANCE READING, THEN WE DO THE AMPERAGE TEST, (IF ALL RESISTANCE VALUES WERE SIMILAR)  WITH A FIXED VOLTAGE OF 40 VOLTS.

And fill out the corresponding Amperage read for EACH GROUP.

FIELD POLARITY TEST (DONE WITH GAUSS METER)

The Polarity Test will CONFIRM that ALL COILS ON SEQUENCE ARE SET PROPERLY, related to Winding Positioning to each other's.

This test is done with the Gauss Meter...This Gauss Meter will read FIELD STRENGTH PLUS POLE ORIENTATION ON SCREEN (IF NORTH [N] OR SOUTH )

MEANING THAT THIS TEST AND THE FOLLOWING (FIELD STRENGTH) CAN BE FILLED OUT SIMULTANEOUSLY

FIELD STRENGTH TEST CHART (DONE WITH GAUSS METER)

Below is a simple Diagram TESTING FIELD POLARITY & STRENGTH ON GROUP 1:

FINAL NOTE: ALL these Tests are VERY IMPORTANT, as they will show "loud and clear" that when our Field is TRANSITIONING from One Group to another in Spacetime, that it will keep ALL REQUIRED PARAMETERS at a FIXED RATE, like is: Resistance, Amperage, Field Strength. Plus it will VERIFY that ALL OUR CONNECTIONS and Coils Positioning are OK.

Just an update...

Alex (Member Kampen) is still working outside his office and lab-shop (in another country), so We both have been guiding his colleague to keep preparing the setup arrangements for the tests...
As is to clean up whole set of all wires, jumpers and boards and connect all sequential coils in series behind the Bus-Bar...done deal!!

Where (Related to Sequential Coils) LEFT TERMINALS N1 to N7 means Negative 1 to Negative 7, as P1 to P7 means Positive 1 to Positive 7 on the RIGHT SIDE.

MC1 means Main Secondary Coil Terminal 1, as MC2 refers to Main Secondary Coil Terminal 2.
F1 and F2 are the Second Secondaries that are supposed to be exteriorly connected in series...

However, NOW, our main FOCUS is on Testing Sequential Coils ONLY.

I  also suggested to install "L" Hooks on each Sequential Coil Terminal, in order to connect the HIOKI Resistance Meter Gator Clips to them, as well as the PSU ...This way gives us a better view of which terminals we are clamping to...therefore the Group.

So, I did a quick Hand Sketch on what I was referring to:

And so they found the right L Hooks...and just need to cut the Threaded part off for better contact:

EDIT:...And as I was writting this post, he sent me the new finished L Hooks:

While on my end, I am still winding the sequential coils (So far I got Five finished)...when I get to SEVEN(7) then I will do some testings as well mounted on my Steel Core.
