Typical “Agenda”, go "apparently" Open Source to then apply for a Patent?

Please be Advised - The EE_TFG now moves into the Final Development Phase:

As of this morning we have partnered with several companies to further push the EE_TFG
into the final phases of production and marketing. This agreement covers the full spectrum
of resources required to properly field the many target device applications in a timely
manner on a on a large scale at a reasonable cost.

We will help this Group overcome a major hurdle on their way to helping secure a cleaner
environment; while enabling us to move forward. This unique grouping has all the
resources needed for further development and a good track record for innovation on
a broad scope.

This collaboration brings together, as a "Unified Group," the Resources, Processors, R&D,
Manufactures and Users - these are nearly all seperate entities - I haven't seen this type
of organization and co-operation before but considering the "subject" and "magnitude,"
maybe I'm just not all that suprised!  Very optimistic for the near-term future...

We bring to the table the experience in Engineering and Technical skills needed, plus, when
completed, we can step back and relax in relative comfort.

Been A Very Iinteresting Journey

I hope some of you enjoyed following along with the design and development of the
EE-TFG (and related subjects) as much as I did presenting them from the initial conceptual
idea through to the final analysis.

It's been an extremely interesting journey over the last several years; and very rewarding
in a multitude of technical study, analysis and other ways.

How It All Came About

The negotiation was an amazingly simple process; initial phone conversation; a few brief
conferences; and, after a "meeting of the minds on many common goals;" following a
somewhat detailed technical demonstrations; a rather lengthly engineering and contractual
meeting; and the detailed written offer, via courier, (it even shocked my attorney); it's done!

Although not sure, initially, what exactly the best course might have been for further
development and implementation of the EE_TFG; after reviewing everything, especially
the numbers (significant, ++), the decision became crystal clear...
    [I'm still a bit shakey at the magnitude of it all, actually!]

Take care and good luck chasing your dreams... It can, and will, happen!

Interesting development. Time will tell us if and how will evolve ... or if anyone will hear anything about this ever.

Would be nice to see a statement on this forum and similar, where any disclosure or suggestion will belong exclusive to open source as general knowledge for anyone free to use for any purpose. If an inventor want to disclose anything should be made aware that everything will be made open source, provided that full explanation and or method for ideas and suggestions added, they won't and can't form a part of any patent application.

At least this is how I can see some protection for open source community against such individuals.

Well, a Legal Disclaimer can be written here anytime ...unfortunately, that will not guarantee absolutely nothing in reality.

However, all of the original disclosure that was made on this Forum, will have a "Time Stamp"...which is within the Software Matrix, and not even me can change/alter the dates on posts or topics to make them go back in time...any expert on this matter knows that.

Alone with all the contributions made from members...same way takes place whenever we upload a Video on YouTube, about a replication of that idea...it is Time Stamped by YouTube Matrix and can NOT be changed either.

All this is proof of a "History and Evolution" of an Open Sourced Idea, as all the implements and betterments done over time by each participating and contributing member...

All of this material can be saved, compressed and put on a memory stick...or simply a direct link to the Topic would work as well.

It can be used as proof that individual freely disclosed his ideas in an Open Forum. So, even after Patent is granted, it took place AFTER the Disclosure on the Topic was started and ended.

Everything related to Patent Applications & Granting, depends upon "time"...when it was granted and when it was disclosed...

Point is that the Individual or Assignee after getting the Patent cannot come back and sue Forum, because we are using/building his/her ideas that were patented...

Patent Granting, came AFTER Idea was Disclosed on Open Source Forum.

Hello everyone

It's annoying to see this person arguing about patents on every forum every day.

This poor guy saw that his topic had low attention and no one responded, so he made this statement to increase attention.

The fundamental reason why he repeatedly makes false statements is that he lacks the ability to implement his own design and wants to find a free engineer to help him with experiments.
On this point, Beyond Unity's Fighter views are the same as ufopolitics.

He is disliked by all forums for a reason. He doesn't know anything, he only knows how to simulate with computer games, and even looks at his design to wonder if he can really distinguish the positive and negative poles of a multimeter.

The administrators of the forum should also be responsible. Even if you know he is a scammer, don't prohibit him and let him continue to deceive more people. We also created a thread specifically to increase his attention and attract more people to be scammed. Surprisingly, another company contacted him. It is estimated that the CEO of that company is an idiot who invests when he sees an idea. But we know this is just another attempt by him to bluff.
