The first part to understand the concepts of how Permanent Magnetic power can apply to a device or motor type output system is understand how this is done.
Magnetic force is attracted to ferrous or Iron type metals 
The photos below show a testing device that in much the same way produces an effect of producing motor type system that can be engineered to produce a machine that can use the Permanent Magnet force converted to Kinetic energy of motion


This is the main testing device use for calculating the input to output ratios for all the EttCM energy technologies: The Test that follows shows how to Increase and decrease the magnetic attraction to Ferrous metals; in this case the ferrous induction field plate used in the motor designs of the EttCM energy technology

What makes this technology is the magnetic materials of the 21 st century having a strong memory and being able to withstand magnetic shock of reversed magnetic force as shown in the drawing below.


When 2 poles of the same type are Not close together as shown in the drawing above the power of attraction to ferrous or iron metals is Not reduced by the square of the distance they are apart - meaning the longer the distance the 2 magnets are apart the stronger the single magnet's pull will be to the ferrous metals
Note: The magnetic power does not increase: it returns to it's normal state of output power that it was made with at the time of producing its magnets force from the time of mfg.  



When magnets of the same pole are pushed together the magnetic force of attraction to ferrous metals is reduced
Having double the magnetic force push against a single magnetic force will reduce the single to almost zero force of attraction to the ferrous metals this allows for this type of system to be uses as a device that can decrease and increase the magnetic attraction to ferrous or iron type metals making it possible to use this type of technology in a device that can use the Permanent Magnetic power to produce movement by having a larger input force of power going into a ferrous induction field and having Less pull back force when exiting the ferrous induction field of a motor that uses this type of design in a motor type system such as the EttCM energy technology does.

Testing is a proof of concept: using the testing device 2 test were done on magnets using the same concepts shown above the first test was done with the magnets of the same poles having a longer distance apart having a stronger pull of magnetic attraction to the ferrous induction field plate on the testing device; 

In the drawing above it is shown there is a string on a rotating shaft that provides a testing of torque to the amount of grams of pull force of magnetic induction on the field plate
 

The ( Air Gap ) distance shown here of about 1.25 CM or 1/2 inch is the maximum distance the magnets force of pull can produce before it pulls away - meaning this would be the maximum output power of a motor of this type of design: 

The drawing below shows 900 grams of pull force: if this was constant force of rotary power it would produce at 1800 rpm's --- 6.5 horsepower or 4850 watts output power - using no electrical input power

When 2 magnets of the same pole are pushed together the attraction to ferrous metals are reduces the second test done on the testing device shows this effect:

Again: this shows the maximum pull distance before it pulls away


Having the magnets pushed close together reduces the pulling force to the ferrous metal plate as shown 
The Grams pull is 120 grams ---- ( apart was 900 grams ) that is a difference of 780 grams usable power 
Again: 780 grams would produce a 4.1 horsepower output being about 3000 watts usable power after friction
of whatever the output system was designed to have -- on do ---
