[...]The first thing that comes to mind is that we need to make a script/manual. How do you make sure that an invention is not discovered too early by all these money powers. How can you make sure that you stay safe. What is the best way to distribute something open source, as widely as possible, in a way that it can no longer be stopped. It may sound absurd, but maybe we should think about this first and then work on an invention. Then you also know what you are doing it for, with the greatest chance of success.

The whole secret is to SHARE it. And I just do not mean to share a video of your device working and showing an OU...
It is about sharing how anyone else could REPLICATE it, by sharing all spec's, all details, all materials, and if it can be ALL done in just One Page, much better.
A CAD with all spec's in a simple black and white page, can fly like you have no idea!!
And do not waste your time trying to give explanations of how you think it is working...or what is its "power gain Mechanisms"...these are just DELAYS.

Once just a couple of replications are out there, in different Countries...we got it running, no one can stop it.

That is my belief.

I can't prove anything but what we've read is that there are people who are paid to disrupt new technology. This goes further than we think, you even see complete constructions that prove that something doesn't work. This is without all those click hunters that the internet is full of. You can bet that you are being watched closely. People with brains, skills, guts and perseverance are being monitored. Certainly someone like you who showed a working Lüling device. I heard someone who worked for a secret service of a government say accidentally that they already know what you are doing BEFORE you can publish anything. Publishing a simple paper and hoping that someone makes a replication is not enough. By a manual I actually mean more the measures such as that you for example use standard a VPN, publish a document in one go as quickly as possible on 20 platforms. Your files are immediately placed on torrent sites or other block chain places. Maybe even publish on the dark web in combination with the TOR network. Is that all watertight, no of course not, but we have to do what is possible. The other side has a huge bag of money with which everything can be bought to suppress unwanted technology. And we are sitting here in our shed playing with magnets, and sometimes even have problems with the high prices on Aliexpress  We don't have that much power so we have to think well and be smarter.

I watched Dr. Greer's video above ( What would you think If there was a Email address that a person could send him technology that could do everything he is asking for ) in working energy technology
I send an email to that address that was responded by Anna Kramer the person in charge of the energy part of Dr. Steven Greer's Disclosure project ( I have these emails I sent her ) that show it is totally possible to develop a working system ) that could replace fossil fuels once developed - Really - true story -
She never returned no she never returned - What does that mean? - 
for the past 5 years I have been making my technology open source to the public this information is on many forums showing working on trying to find the answer to a workable free energy system 
What I found is NO one is really interested - interested in looking - by not really interested in finding -

free energy to the world than I do - But if something like the technology is made public all he would have left to talk about is Ufo's - everybody needs something to talk about - I guess?

Hello Dr Wlazlak, I found a video (see above) where you more or less explain the invention. It is difficult to understand how the technique works but it seems very plausible that it works. I base this on the fact that you want to make all of this available without earning a cent. You say that you see this as a life's work. This commands respect. I downloaded the transcript of the video and read it a few times. It would be great for me to be able to build a toy version of this method with existing simple cheap parts and using 3D printing. The concept can then easily be shared all over the world and more makers can see that it works. If this is clear, the step to larger devices with more output power is quickly made. The obstacle for now is that you need to have the equipment and skills to make the device as you show it. Because of this, there is a very limited group that wants to get started with it.
