Hello, dear Ufopolitics,

First of all, a special thank you for taking the time to review our setup again and for clarifying the correct Magnetic structure so precisely.

We now understand that the five coils visible in our present setup are: Your message #919 has cleared up an important misunderstanding for Guido and me.
FC1 – Q1 – Q3 – Q2 – FC2
and therefore the actual sequential section consists only of the three center coils:
Q1 – Q3 – Q2.
You also made it very clear that our present mechanical arrangement does not correspond to the magnetic structure you intended, because FC1 and FC2 should be positioned outside the inner steel plates, rather than directly adjacent to the three sequential coils. Message_919.
Most importantly, we now understand your requirement for the Main Secondary:
Main active winding length = Q1 active length + Q3 active length + Q2 active length
and the Main must not extend into the FC1 or FC2 sections.

We also understand your instruction not to add any additional coils yet.
First we will correct the Magnetic structure and establish a proper baseline with the existing Q1–Q3–Q2 arrangement. Message_919
I will measure the actual coil dimensions in millimeters, particularly:
Q1 length, Q3 length, Q2 length, Main active winding length, inner steel-plate spacing and the positions of FC1 and FC2.
I have also prepared a new construction drawing showing our understanding of your corrected arrangement:
FC1 – [Inner Steel Plate] – Q1 – Q3 – Q2 – [Inner Steel Plate] – FC2
with the Main Secondary restricted to the Q1 + Q3 + Q2 active length.
Before Guido and I mechanically rebuild anything, I would like you to look at this drawing and confirm that it represents your intended magnetic structure correctly.
Once I have added the actual millimeter dimensions, I can provide those as well.
Regarding your clarification about a future 2–2–2 symmetrical configuration,
I have also noted that when two coils form one Q group, you want those two coils connected in series. Message_919.
But as you requested, we will not add those coils now.
First we will correct and test the present three-coil magnetic structure.
I also passed your special thanks on to Guido.
He has put a considerable amount of time into making careful and reproducible measurements, so I know he will appreciate your words in Message_919.
We will keep all his previous measurements as reference measurements of the previous geometry, but we fully understand your point that they should not be considered a test of your intended magnetic configuration.
Once the structure is corrected, we can effectively start with a clean experimental baseline and repeat the important measurements under the proper geometry.
This clarification is very valuable to us because it gives us something concrete to build and test rather than continuing to search through switching parameters without first having the magnetic structure correct.
