Now I am  showing on this post All Groups Amperage Tests based on 40 Volts feeding.

Hello All,

First I want to thank you kampen for having your colleague Jos, take care of these important tests while you are still away from office!!

ALL the results are exactly as I was EXPECTING!!

And it is very simple to understand that if Resistance -per Group- maintains an AVERAGE Result, then the Amperage -also per Group- will maintain an AVERAGE LEVEL, as was  observed on Amps Test, knowing that our Input Voltage will also be constant.

THEREFORE, if Amperage and Voltage are keeping the same values, then the Magnetic Field -at each Group- will be also keeping the same Strength.

This is awesome!, and you guys are almost ready to run the system.

All we need now is to make sure ALL Groups are MAGNETICALLY ORIENTED THE SAME, meaning ALL Groups Magnetic Poles are ALIGNED EQUALLY.

The Field Strength we are making it just as a verification to previous R/V/A Tests...but it should give us also very close strength resultsbetween ALL Groups.

Hello All,

Ok, today Jos (Member Kampen Colleague), sent me all the Field Strength and Polarity Tests (These Two Test are done simultaneously since the Gauss Meter also shows Polarity, while measuring Strength)

However, I had to resize and clean (trim) Images as add all the Text so it is easier to see.

First let's take a look at the Field Strength Chart, per EACH POLE for One Group:

And as we can see on above Chart, there is almost DOUBLE the Strength Gauss value for the NORTH Pole of Group 1 (208 Gauss) and the same takes place for Group 7 on its SOUTH Pole (212.7 Gauss) compared with all other readings.

I have already explained why this was going to occur...and it is simply due to the proximity of BOTH POLES (North on G1 & South on G7) to the Thick Steel C Clamps at both ends.

Now let's take a look at the First Image, which is GROUP 1, Measuring the North Pole strength and Polarity, located on the extreme LEFT of ALL Sequential Coils on that Group:

First, ALL Groups will be powered with 40V DC, here we are applying Negative to Terminal N1 and Positive to Terminal P1
The Gauss Meter Probe is set at Coil 'B1' where 'B' comes from Black Spool Coils as named by Kampen, and so, he also names all red spool coils as R1, R2, R3....R7.
NOW, please look closely at Gauss Meter Digital Screen: Where I  have Circled in RED with a Red Arrow where it shows the Field Polarity 'N'.
And like I mentioned above, look at the proximity of Coil B1 to the Steel Clamp...reason why the higher strength.

The Following images are for each Group Two readings, one for each pole of the Group, Front and Rear:

On above image we see Gauss Meter Probe at the Center Coil, which is the LAST Coil of this Group 1, and it Shows a SOUTH Pole (Correct) and a strength of 123.8 Gs. Power is still at N1-P1.

Above is the reading of Group 2 North Side Strength, now POWER UP on Terminals N2-P2.

Above is the South Pole Strength measurement of Group 2, still on same Terminals N2-P2

AND ON IMAGE BELOW...WE HAVE A PROBLEM HOUSTON!!

As you can see the "PATTERN"  we have been following so far, here is giving the wrong reading...The FRONT Part of Group 6 shows a SOUTH POLARITY, instead of a NORTH.

Above is the same Group 6, reading its rear end which is correct (OK) in reading a SOUTH Polarity...

GROUP 7 READING NORTH (FRONT) SIDE IS OK

AND FINALLY GROUP 7 SOUTH POLE READING, OK, SHOWING HIGHER STRENGTH BECAUSE OF PROXIMITY TO STEEL CLAMP.

Ok, long post, and a lot of work here...starting by Jos taking all these images and readings at the same time...

But we detected a wrong point which is giving the wrong reading...I already notify Jos, and he will check this next Monday.

In my opinion, this is just Coil B6 that is REVERSED or wound opposite to all the rest...
The way to know for sure (VERIFY), is to Power JUST that B6 Coil with a lower voltage, say 6 to 12V, and read again its Polarity on the front of coil and on its rear...
Now the way to power CORRECTLY that B6 Coil (to test it isolated) would be 12V Negative at N6 and 12V Positive at N7.

Now, since we had this issue...I HIGHLY recommend to run INDIVIDUAL TESTS ON ALL THE SEQUENTIAL COILS, to see that ALL POLARITIES ARE CORRECT FOR EACH COIL.

A Reversed Polarity on just one Coil, inserted into the Sequential Coils, will definitively DRAIN FIELD POWER/STRENGTH from ALL Sequential Groups...
