Hello All,

This past week my friend performing the tests, started -for precaution- as it is always recommended to start first with a very low voltage.

Well for a 5V Input at the Sequential Coils, he was getting spikes of 150 Volts! (We were close!!)

And he had Diodes protecting all Negative and Positive from FET's to Coils, still the spikes made it through to FET's Drains.

Nothing damaged, because these FET's can stand reverse voltages up to 200 Volts.

Now he has ordered some caps to add them and see if this way the spikes would be absorbed.

The difference on this setting versus the original Figuera, is that on this Linear Setup, we are pulsing positive and negative at unison for the sequences.

And so, each coil on the sequence LEAVING the Trail, is always going to generate reversed voltages, as the more are added up the higher the reversed voltages.

With Original Figuera, we only had Positive doing the sequence of back and forth, while there were TWO Negatives FIXED on each end, then we could sink must of the reversed voltage through caps like my previous setup. And STILL, I had some sparking on commutator.

On this Linear Setup, we are pursuing that for each terminal pulse, we add a Diode plus a Cap, to see if this way the reversed voltage would be reduced.

The FACT is that -in the end- we would be forced to collect all these reversed voltages and store it on a Cap Bank to be reused on our system.

Very similar to the way Pierre Cotnoir did on his setup. He was feeding all low voltage components ( mainly his Arduino Board) with these reversed voltages stored on a Supercap Bank.

After all, this is the way any Voltage Booster Circuit works, right?

Hello to All,

Ok this is also another post dedicated to my friend who is conducting the tests on his 13 Total Sequential Coils.

Here I am suggesting a Test to collect from the whole Sequential Coils Circuit, the Reversed Voltages generated everytime a Coil is Leaving the Serquential Trail:

On above Graphic I have pointed out TWO ARROWS on the LEFT SIDE, as TWO ARROWS on the RIGHT SIDE, all Arrows POINTING TOWARDS the CENTER Coil or Terminals #1 Positive, and #7 Negative.
Limited by Red-Blue Dotted Lines.

One Arrow belongs to the "Leaving Coils" as the CENTER Inside the Steel Core belongs to FIELD DISPLACEMENT.

And basically, whenever the Field is moving from LEFT to RIGHT, ALL the Coils Leaving the Trail (by being disconnected) will send its POSITIVE Reversed Voltage to E-Cap Positive Terminal.

Then whenever Field is moving from RIGHT to LEFT, ALL the Coils Leaving the Trail (by being disconnected) will send its NEGATIVE Reversed Voltage to E-Cap Negative Terminal.

As here we must have a simple knowledge, Everytime a Sequential Coil is ENTERING the Trail, it WILL NOT send reversed voltages, ONLY the Leaving Coils which are disconnected do send Reversed Voltages.

Then, it is understood that there would always be AN INCREASING of REVERSED VOLTAGES GENERATED as MORE COILS JOIN the LEAVING TRAIL. And, as ALL COILS are CONNECTED IN SERIES, they will keep conducting these reversed voltages.

EXAMPLE: Say Triggering is ON Negative #1 and Positive #1, Field is all the way on the LEFT.  So, as #1 gets disconnected (on both ends) moving to #2 for both (-/+), Sequence keeps going as Field displaces towards the Right...when it reaches #7 Terminals (-/+) then ALL Leaving Coils on LEFT (Negative Side)  [#1 to #7] would be sending their Reversed Voltage (Positive) to E-Cap Positive Terminal.

And the opposite takes place whenever Field returns from Right to Left, Leaving Coils would be on the Positive Side, sending its Reversed Voltage (Negative) to the E-Cap Negative Terminal.

EDIT 1: This Circuit is considered an EXTERNAL CIRCUIT, However, ALL Diodes protecting each P and N FET's MUST BE IN PLACE, regardless of this Test.
