Thank you very much for your detailed explanation.
Now I understand much better the fundamental difference in the operating principle of your system.

Your comparison with a conventional rotary generator head makes a lot of sense. 

The concept of maintaining the operating frequency range rather than relying on one exact resonant frequency is a very important distinction. 

I also appreciate your explanation of the "Supply–Demand Network" and the effect of the induced field creating what you describe as magnetic friction when the load increases.

This gives me another interesting perspective on our SSD project. 
It seems that one of the key objectives is not necessarily to increase the excitation power, but to ensure that the moving inducing magnetic field remains within its optimal operating frequency range, even under varying load conditions.

I will certainly keep this principle in mind as I continue the SSD development. 

Your practical experience with the mechanical generator is extremely valuable and helps me understand the behavior of the inducing and induced fields much better.

Ufopolitics' proposal in Messages #873–874 is an interesting extension of the SSD 5-Coil Test Build.

First of all, thank you very much for your proposal to add the two extra Feedback Coils (FC1 & FC2) to the SSD 5-Coil Build. 

I think this is a very interesting extension of the project and it gives us the opportunity to experimentally investigate the concept of a self-feeding feedback circuit.

After studying your proposal in detail, I have decided to incorporate FC1 and FC2 into my Test Setup.

To simplify manufacturing and ensure identical magnetic geometry across the complete assembly, I will use the same square bobbin dimensions for all seven coils:

• FC1
• Q1
• Q2
• Q3
• Q4
• Q5
• FC2

The bobbin dimensions will therefore remain:

• Outside: 53 × 53 mm
• Inside window: 39 × 39 mm
• Overall width: 24.8 mm

The only difference will be the winding specifications.
The five sequential coils (Q1–Q5) will remain:

• AWG28
• 8 Ω each
• approximately 190–195 turns

The two feedback coils (FC1 & FC2) will be wound using a heavier wire, most likely AWG23, adjusted to approximately 7 Ω each, exactly as you suggested.
This allows one common bobbin design for all coils while keeping the electrical characteristics optimized for each function.

The first measurements will still be carried out on the square Nylon rod to establish the baseline electrical and switching parameters. 

After completing these measurements, the complete seven-coil assembly will be transferred to the square Laminated Steel Core for comparative testing.

Only after obtaining reliable measurement data will we evaluate the output of FC1 and FC2, followed by rectification and investigation of the feedback circuit.

I believe this systematic approach will provide objective experimental data and allow us to evaluate how the generated feedback power changes with switching frequency.

Following your proposal in Messages #873–874, I have updated the conceptual design of the SSD 5-Coil Build by adding the two additional Feedback Coils (FC1 & FC2).
I also standardized the mechanical design so that all (7) seven coils use exactly the same square bobbin dimensions. 

This simplifies manufacturing and ensures identical magnetic geometry along the entire laminated square core.
Current design features

• 7 coils total: FC1 + Q1 + Q2 + Q3 + Q4 + Q5 + FC2
• All coils mounted horizontally on the laminated square core.
• All coils use the same 53 × 53 mm square bobbin.
• Inner window: 39 × 39 mm.
• Overall bobbin width: 24.8 mm.
• The coils are positioned directly adjacent to each other with no spacers between them to maximize magnetic coupling.
• The complete assembly is supported by two end brackets, one at each end of the laminated core.

Coil specifications
Sequential Coils (Q1–Q5)

• AWG28 magnet wire
• Approximately 8 Ω each
• Approximately 190–195 turns

Feedback Coils (FC1 & FC2)

• Same bobbin dimensions
• Recommended wire: AWG23
• Approximately 7 Ω each
• Number of turns adjusted to obtain the required resistance

The first measurements will still be carried out using the square Nylon rod as the reference configuration. 
After completing the baseline measurements, the complete (7) seven-coils assembly will be transferred to the Laminated Square Steel Core for comparative testing.

I believe this configuration represents a practical and mechanically robust prototype for evaluating your feedback coil concept.

The next step will be to manufacture the extra Feedback Coils (FC1 & FC2) bobbins, wind these coils, and begin the electrical measurements.

However, there are MANY THINGS to be CORRECTED on your previous Diagram (shown above), BASICALLY Related to Connections between ALL GROUPS (Window-Groups 1, 2, & 3.

So, again, I FIXED ALL these ERRORS, PLUS I ALSO ADDED VERY IMPORTANT DATA THAT MUST BE ON THESE DIAGRAMS (BASICALLY THE UPPER DIAGRAM)

As I would not get involved about your Build measurements data.

So, on above Images, like before, if you want to see it on its real (bigger size) Right Click and open it on a new window.

RELATED TO CORRECTIONS:

• Your PRIOR Window Groups Connections are Wrong or Confusing, here ALL are corrected in the same colors you have chosen (Red, Blue & Green)
• As ALL Sequential Coils from Q1 to Q5 ARE NOT SHOWING A SERIES CONNECTION Between them BEFORE Connecting  from N0 to N5 Respectively.
• Also, ALL these Windows-Groups Connections END CONNECTIONS, were NOT MATCHING related to the TERMINAL CONNECTION POINTS ON COILS Q1-Q5
• There is NO "N6" Connector ON THIS CIRCUIT (DELETED)
• On this FIVE COILS SEQUENCE there are -ALWAYS- THREE POSITIVE (+) POINTS ( N0, N1 & N2)
• AND -ALWAYS- THREE NEGATIVE (-) POINTS (N3, N4 & N5)
• FINALLY A CLEAR BRAKE DOWN OF WINDOW- GROUPS 1, 2, 3 AND N0 TO N5 RESPECTIVE CONNECTIONS:
• WINDOW - GROUP 1 >> N0  (POS) AND N3 (NEG)
• WINDOW - GROUP 2 >> N1  (POS) AND N4 (NEG)
• WINDOW - GROUP 3 >> N2  (POS)  AND N5 (NEG)

RELATED TO ADDITIONS:

• ALL SEVEN (7) COILS MUST HAVE a  START and END (S and E) on each one of their terminals.
