Probably can work even using an zvs circuit like that one in my replication of pancake coils. Of course if one desire to have 3, 4, 6, 8 phases will need to synchronise sequential but, if you are satisfied with just 2 phases output nobody stop you to use 4 pairs or 8 pairs.

When someone study the patent should pay attention on wiring especially on the output and observe how is done for series loads and how is done for parallel loads. NOTICE: for parallel loads one of the output coil is wired in reverse despite winding in the same direction and is not a mistake !
