My 2019 slide, in which a textbook drawing (stacking in the stator, distributed winding of a four-pole single-phase alternator), played a cruel trick on me.  Later I corrected my perception of reality. By the way, this is how it is taught to everyone how it works all over the planet and only a select category is told the truth.
