Understanding the Physics of Electricity, Magnetism, Hot and Cold Fusion, Gravity and Anti Gravity.
Electricity is a 'flow' of Magnetic Current as Direct Current. It can be made to be an Intermittent Activation of the Atomic Structure by the Force Lines of a Magnet in each "Passing By" of the Atomic Structure by the magnet. There is no actual "flow", all there is... is vibrations in the wires.
Everything has an Opposite and Equal 'effect'.
Electricity and Magnetism each have 2 equal and opposite effects.
Without Direct Current you CANNOT create a Magnet.
Without the Battery's Opposite and Equal effect you cannot make a Magnet.
 
Anti Gravity, like its counterpart Anti Heat energy, are both Effects of North Pole Negative Field Current energy.
Electrolysis creates 2 Distinct Gasses according to the Polarity of the Magnetic Current.
Float up is the opposite and equal to fall down.
The Opposite and Equal to Hot Fusion is Cold Fusion.
Hot Fusion is Expansive Forces whilst Cold Fusion is Contractive, compression or Implosive Forces
Oxygen is a Heat releasing 'elemental frequency' as without it there is no "Fire" or hot destructive Atomic Structure disintegration.
In the absence of 'Oxygen's' Fire Expansive forces, we have Low Energy Nuclear Reactions where 'carbon' turns into a 'crystal' as 'silicon dioxide' in a Cold Energy 'Atomic reaction' or more correctly a Magnetic Interaction.
Oxygen is a Wind that has been Charged Up by the Force of South Pole Positive Magnetic Current. Its Opposite and Equal is a Wind that has been Charged Up by North Pole Negative Magnetic Current.
 
It stands to reason that if, the South Pole Positive Frequency of the Wind is attracted to the Earth, the Earth must be North Pole Negative Magnetic Field. Earths or solids like metals can have a Magnetic Polarity Bias depending upon the creative Forces that Bio Transmuted or created the Iron in the first instance. Copper has a Positive Magnetic Bias while Iron has a Negative Magnetic Bias as does Zinc and Silver. The PARTIALLY North or Negative Mono Pole Field of the Spherical Earth is a Cold Fusion or LENR Environment for Petrification of any South Pole Positive Life Form into some variant of 'Silica Dioxide'.
 
Some ways to duplicate this Anti Gravity effect is to make an ANTENNA Coil that is 'Frequency activated' by ONLY North Pole Negative electrical or magnetic forces. The two distinct  Mono Pole Magnetic Fields, the Earth and the Wind, can be duplicated with Direct Magnetic Current by using the 2 Current s of a battery Individually when making a Field Coil or a New Field effect given to an object or 'defined volume' of either Earth, Water or Wind.
 
We can make Mono Pole magnets by joining two Same Pole magnets with a mild steel washer in-between. Where the washer will display 2 distinct New Properties from this application of Mono Poles technique. The washer undergoes such Atomic Nuclear changes that either the Washer will become Non Rusting or it will rust faster than any control depending upon which Same Poles were used.
 
In Electricity, a simple way is to use 2 car batteries that are connected in Series, but we only use one of the two in such a way as the Leads are either attached to the 2 Negative or the 2 positives but still only delivering the Voltage of one. This will give us two magnetic coils that will have two distinct effects on the other field coils if all Coils are wound with Iron Electrical Wire. And therein lays a High School Experiment to create North Pole Negative Magnetic Levitation or an Anti-Gravity Field Effect in Earth elements rather than Wind elements as in electrolysis.
 
Electro-Gravitics. The Force for the Motions of the Future. Giving upwards and downwards 'thrust' depending upon the Dial.
 
South Pole Positive Currents, like their 'products' such as oxygen, rust or turn to dust and disintegrate the Atomic Nucleus. Whereas North Pole Negative Currents (vibrational Frequencies) preserve, solidify and transmute the elements. North Pole Negative energy cleans, retains cellular Memory as per lines in petrified wood. Whereas South Pole Positive Magnetic Current dirties or destroys.
We find this in any of Joe's Magnetic Induction Cells by reversing the battery leads or magnetic poles for an Opposite but Equal treatment of water by Magnetic Field Induction rather than 'electrolysis' as seen here.
 
Everything is Magnetic. If it can be dissolved, it can be electroplated which means the 'Earth' (metal) has a 'polarity' or is Magnetically Biased, rather than para or dia in newly invented terminology. Magnetic Electroplating is done without understanding the relationship between electricity and Magnetic Fields when using 'electrons' to alter the physical 'Format' of an element in a watery liquid.
 
One of the instructions for building a TubeCell, is each pipe has a North Pole that can be determined by either second sight or with a Dosing Rod or controlling manufacture as the North Pole end of a steel pipe exits the furnace first. The end of the extrusion is South Pole Positive. When all aligned with North Poles at the Top, the Magic begins no matter how the electrodes are connected for the 16 different outcomes such an apparatus can have on a single sample of a watery fluid. The South Pole Positive's ends of the pipes must face the North Pole Negative Field of the Earth.
 
A Magnetic Field, regardless of how it's created, is only detectable if there is WIND, Water or Earth to propagate IN. What is measured or detected is the Rate or Field Strength of the Vibrating WIND'S Atomic Structure. We evidence the Vibrating Atomic Structure with a Mass Spectrometer as frequencies not particles. Change the Frequency or make a Single Pole Field, it will change the Atomic Structure to that which is quite poorly understood like Carbon to Silica Dioxide or even teeth into Opals.
 
These are the Scientific Premises we use to form logical conclusions to Invent by. We visualize the Field Effect as an outcome of a particular design, much like Tesla did. Field Polarity is important in a Unified Field Device. A Magnetic Field has 2 Components and all Man really does is to spin them to manifest 'energy' in a Field Coil at the end of a wire, in order to be utilized. Its all Field Science as everything is Magnetic, no 'dia or para' about it. Everything has a "Rotating Magnetic Field" and "Vital" for its existence, said Tesla.
 
It is with this understanding of Magnetics that we can apply Magnetic Fields to the human Bio Field with the 'Right' Frequency of Magnetics. We can also apply Direct Magnetic Current directly to the Bodies Battery Terminals without Doing Harm or electrocuting by not knowing which hand or body part corresponds to which "battery terminal polarity". This direct application of Direct Magnetic Current can be utilized in Massage therapy, other points on the body 'similar' to Acupuncture Points and through the medium of bodily immersion as in foot, hand or full baths.
 
Such experiments can be trialled on plants where Electrolysis verses Field Induction via an Antenna Array rather than 2 electrodes, will see not death by electrocution but Bio Field Enhancement. This could be the first experiment of the Aqua Chi Footbath Array for budding Magnetic Water Scientists and Future Field Inventors.

Ozone production and Other Usages for Charged Up Air.
 
Ozone is medically made by passing medical oxygen through a crystal tube that has an electrical discharge passing through the oxygen. Direct Battery current 'arcing', increases the energy levels of oxygen.  One can explain it using imagined electrons or one can explain it using Magnetic Current and Magnetic Field Propagation. Using the "Electron physics", there is no way to improve this apparatus or that it can have many other ways to utilize this method of Charging Up™ 'Air' or other Wind components.
 
The same goes for 'electrical energy' production. Inventors are stuck on making more of something that does not exist... namely 'electrons' to make a Magnetic Field that NO one (particularly on this site and others like it) knows how the Magnetic Field is propagated in the Crystal tube that Formats the Winds surrounding the electrodes or the wires making the Coils. The Physics of Electricity is purposely eliminated from the textbooks to keep this science buried.

The current state of understanding electricity does not recognise that there are 2 distinct Vibrations coming from the 2 battery terminals and that they can be used singularly or as a 'flow' between the 2 as an interaction we call 'electrical potential' between the 2. The JoeCell Field generators are all about using each Magnetic Pole or Terminal from a battery as a Singular Force applied to enhance or negate the natural forces found in the Rotating Magnetic Fields found in every object or parcel of matter in the universe that displays Field Integrity.
 
Anti Gravity is the SAME Field Charge as the North Monopole Fields from the Negative terminal of a battery. The Earth is a North Pole Biased 'object'. Gas made from the North Pole of Magnetic Current is PUSHED away from the Earth. It's MAGNETISM but you have been lied to by calling it 'gravity'.  One cannot discount the role of Magnetic Forces when making Gasses with Magnetic Current and then ascribe 'electrons' as the cause of the observable phenomena.
 
One can do this if one has no actual concept of what magnetism is by claiming the interior of a lump of iron 'magically' rearranges or aligns itself as a pure assumption only because electrons are surrounding the iron and being magnetically charged by a battery. We SEE the Lines of Magnetic Force in iron filings but fail to SEE the Lines of No Iron Filings as the opposite and equal effect.
 
Oxygen is 'made' with the South Pole Magnetism or Positive Direct Current from the battery.
The Medical ozone unit is energizing the 'explosive' Forces within the Atomic Structure of a Wind that is 'made' by the explosive forces of South Pole Magnetism. We call this process "electrolysis" because we never add more electrodes in the water to even begin to understand the 'flow' of electricity through barriers. When we have just 2 electrodes for the Magnetic Current to manifest from and through the 'medium' we will only ever get 2 products or a single product if we combine the gasses when collecting. "Browns Gas" is one such misunderstood single product.
 
We find that the High School Electrolysis experiment using just 2 "antenna electrodes" in the water can be adapted to a medical Ozone device where both use the process of 'electrolysis'.  In a Field Generation Antenna, where there are 'un-electrified electrodes' that the Current has to pass through and or Multi Electrified electrodes that the Magnetic Current Field Effect will go beyond the Crystal or stainless steel tube and have a Magnetic Transference effect to that which contacts the Charged Wind. The Charged Up 'ozone' has a new effect on all that it touches. We know it is "magnetic" because it's a 'flow' of Magnetic Current that induces this effect. Everything has a Magnetic Polarity and a Rotating Magnetic Field emanating from its vibrating crystalline atomic structure.
 
Or one can say the more 'oxygenitive' action of ozone is because a Di-molecule now has another oxygen molecule stuck to using electrons as the glue. Simply astounding imaginative deductions for using only 2 electrodes. Sharing electrons is caring electrons but is still only a theory, not a fact.
 
After one graduates high school, little attention is paid to this 'electrolysis' experiment ever again and so its 'parameters' are never challenged nor do we consider how to Improve this apparatus and what else can it do? We prefer to spin magnets and wind copper into coils to understand magnetism and energy production and nothing else matters.
 
This Quest is for those who have access to materials to make the TubeCell and see that the reversing of the electrodes in a Field Generator causes an opposite and equal effect. Electrolysis only has ONE opposite and equal 'products'. The Implosion and Explosion demo shows this "another" effect of Magnetic Charging of Wind, as Implosion from North Pole Mono Pole Fields and is beyond question for the serious researcher.
 
We see the 'method' of passing South Pole Positively Charged Wind  or the 'oxygen' made by the Positive terminal in Electrolysis, passed again through an 'electrical discharge Field' within a Crystal tube, to further Charge Up the Wind or oxygen.
 
We apply this 'method' and improve this electrical discharge Field when using a Field Generation Antenna we call a "TubeCell" mounted inside a Stainless Steel tube instead of only 2 electrodes in a  Crystal tube.
 
This TubeCell Antenna Array can be hooked up 2 different ways to give the 2 battery terminal Charges, two distinctly separate Mono Pole effects on the Antenna. The Wind can be Charged Up™, Positively or Negatively rather than 'generally' in a 'discharge Field used to make ozone.  Small room Ionic Air generators use this method but only 'use' South Pole energy to charge the Wind. The 'ionizing of the Wind', is adding Magnetism to the Wind just like the magnet does to the nail. It matters not whether the Magnetic Current is Static or Dynamic being from a Battery or Permanent Magnet.
 
The Charging up of oxygen to ozone increases the Hot Fusion energy levels of the Wind. More oxygen equals more fire. Now if we had an Antenna that has a North Pole Field Effect on the Wind, the Wind would Implode without the need for "added fuel" as like when Fire, as an electrical 'spark' is added to the Wind. This is the Mechanism for Rain in a Weather Cell. The entire Wind is imploded into Water at a ratio of 1400 to 1. Clouds are an indication that this implosion Force is happening. Clouds represent EDDY CURRENTS of Electricity.
 
The Atmosphere which is a South Pole dominate Magnetic Field. (its attracted to the Negative earth) requires North Pole Magnetic Eddy Currents to implode into water. Like all Eddy currents, which are products of Spinning Magnets or spinning nearby Solar Spheres, the Winds weather Cells are Eddy currents or electrical generators formed by spinning spherical magnets within our solar system acting upon the Wind or Bio Field of the planet.
 
Clouds are very turbulent or have intense Eddy Currents within their 'Field' giving us a bumpy ride. What 'churns' the Wind in a cloud if other than Frequency and Vibration, asks Tesla, where said turbulence remains defined within a 'cloud' that sucks in Air (implodes)from its surrounds to create pure Water?
 
The 5 JoeCells than ran 5 different cars, were all constructed differently and only shared the 5 Tube Antenna Array Design Principle in some dimensionally proportionate ratio. One was the Dripper from a hospital the size of an apple and others, the size of a 'fire extinguisher' as that was what was available in 316 Stainless. They all operated upon the Principle that Negatively Charged Up Wind or 'oxygen' implodes when Fire from electricity is added by the spark plug.
 
Burning oxygen or releasing the explosive forces of Positive Fire, does not drive the Internal Combustion engine. Fire as electricity charges the Air in the cylinder using the Hydrocarbon as the catalyst for 'oxygen' to EXPAND the 'Nitrogen' in the air/cylinder that pushes or expands to drive the piston down. Without atmospheric (Wind) Nitrogen, the motor wont run. Add Nitrous oxide to the air intake and it increases the expansion pressures inside the cylinder and more expansion power is generated.
 
Utilizing the Opposite and Equal effect of 'expansion' as Implosion forces (Compression as Walter Russell termed it) we can 'power' an Internal Combustion motor to be an Internal IMPLOSION motor. One can Charge up Wind in an Air Filter Chamber to Implode for the Motive Force to power an Internal Combustion engine to be an Internal Implosion engine or an IIE rather than an ICE.
 
The car battery that is hooked up to the Tube Cell™ provides us with the ability to reverse polarity. The battery isn't actually 'shorted out' as it's an 'open circuit' being a Field Generated in the Wind. In the Water TubeCell, the water provides the electrical pathway for current to flow. We know that Magnetic Fields use the medium of the Wind for Field Propagation so the Air or Wind in the TubeCell DOES carry magnetic current and electrifies every Tube in the Cell to Charge Up the Wind like the water Charges Up, in a water TubeCell.
 
As there is no actual connection, or the TubeCell is an Open Air Circuit, there is no actual Magnetic Current being drawn from the battery for this Wind Charging Device. The Battery would Charge Up the Wind for the usual 4 years of life from a standard car battery. It would 'technically' use no power to run a truck sized diesel engine and the Tube required would be 20 feet long and 15 inches in Diameter for this volume of Wind to be charged before entering the Internal Implosion Chamber.
 
Each Tube is 'electrified' by one battery terminal which is Vibrational frequency only. The Tube is vibrating if a battery terminal wire is connected. If the battery terminal did not have existing vibrational frequency, a multimeter would not pick up incorrect polarity when a single alligator clip is attached to a battery being charged and it showing 'incorrect' polarity placement of the alligator clip. The electrified or vibrating Tube will affect the Tubes which are not 'electrified' as vibrations are carried via Wind Crystals which is the Mechanism' for radio transmission and wireless transmission of 'electricity'.
 
Batteries make some of the coolest over unity devices. We humans are after all, one giant self re-charging battery. All of the natural Universe is single Cell batteries in Parallel. We are also a Field Generator with Rotating Magnets within our bodies. We don't need 'shielding' to perform better. When we See the Fields and duplicate Nature, a new level of technology emerges as the Magic of Life itself.
 
When using magnetic current or the energy of permanent magnets, one must understand that these 2 forces, be they Positive or Negative or North and South Poles, it is essential to separate their inherent energy into its 2 components and use them individually. Shielding is a 'poor' way to use one Force at a time and one cannot have a Unified Field with such an apparatus.  Life is a unified Field.
 
Walter Russell called these 2 Forces; Compression and Expansion. They manifest at the opposite ends of a battery and a magnet. Over unity experimenters literally have no concept that these 2 forces can be SPLIT from each other and used singularly both from a car battery or any ferrite magnet.  It seems experimenters are stuck trying to shield an UN-shieldable force or connecting a battery to a circuit that has a 2 way 'flow' in every electrical component that's man made. Its why overunity sites get millions if views but nothing ever happens. It's such last millennium theories that are still in practice to spin a magnet whilst trying to shield an unstoppable force to make 'electricity' and know NOTHING about what electricity or a magnetic Field is and claim to be researching overunity. It's a lifetime of failures I see everywhere all done in the name of saving the planet with a science you can trust. Don't bet your life on it like most have.
 
One cannot shield magnetism. One simply cannot stop the vibrations of any atomic structure. One can only move the Magnetic Field or not make one of the components of the Field that is inhibiting ones energy manifestations.
 
All 'electricity' is fundamentally vibrations of the Crystalline Atomic structure.
