As it was said: a simple machine motor can be made using Permanent Magnetic kinetic Energy 
The design shown below also uses Gravity as the means of timing and producing the energy force to decrease and increase as the controller system in the motor design;

What is shown is a system where the 2 permanent magnets or attached to the lead weight each having a slide hole to allow the shaft to go through allowing the weight and magnets to move back and forth on the shaft as the wheel turns on the motor system

The shaft and the single magnet are connected together and the shaft is connected to the rotor housing that has a bearing in the middle allowing the the weights and magnets to rotate freely 

On this drawing it is show the the wheel can turn in either direction: The pushing of the same poles of the magnets push apart ( half way up ) as the weight goes down the weight pushes the magnets together at the bottom:
Note: Each side has equal push in either direction -- This means the wheel is always in a balanced state - Just like a Car wheel is in balance; It take very little energy to rotate this system --- 

Notice: At the top of the wheel the Magnets a at a Long distance apart --- making a stronger attraction force --
at the bottom the weight has pushed the magnets together - making a lesser attraction of force

In the drawing below ( The Ferrous Induction Field Plate ) is added to the motor device 
At the top the pull into the induction field is - 900 grams 

Going out of the induction field it is 120 grams ---- making 780 grams of usable power to rotate the wheel

The induction field does not produce any backward force - produce no back Emf of force -- 

The wheel is in balance where it can turn freely - the input power is greater than the friction and the counter reaction force;
